What we collect
When you send the inquiry form, we collect what you enter: your name, phone, email, answers to the form's questions, and the website or campaign that referred you. We don't ask for your Social Security number or account numbers on this site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to you and to discuss your mortgage inquiry. If you later apply for a loan, Swisher Capital, PLLC will give you its own privacy notice covering your application.
Applications
"Apply now" links take you to Swisher Capital, PLLC's website. Information you enter there is handled under Swisher Capital, PLLC's own privacy policy.
Who sees it
Your inquiry is emailed to Grant and logged in a private Google Sheet. It is available to Grant and, as required, Swisher Capital, PLLC. We don't sell your information.
Texts and calls
We contact you by phone or text only as you've agreed. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
